Hlp Black Screen on Channels

Hi everybody,

I got my in-laws a dbox for xmas 2 years ago, working fine, up until 2days ago.

im not sure img file they r using. but the problem is alot of the channels have gone black,no picture or sound,but epg is displayin channel info.

Have rescanned it,still no joy, same problem.We live in essex romford if thats any help.

All Sly Movi, Indian Channells, various others are all black.

Can somebody put me in the rightt direction on how fix this,i am a newbie,so any rockie step by step will b helpful.
