      thanks

ok thanx , point taken . i've succesfully converted a ethernet lead to a crossover lead and flashed lacky pro to the box . (not bad considering i'd never seen a dbox before this morning) . i did a channel scan and picked up about 320 channels . is this about right or should i be getting more ? i used to have a chipped ntl box and that used to get about 700 channels .

Depends where you are mate but a quick browse will identify any missing, pay attention to the new BICS channels there is loads of stuff hiding in there.
