Net Id, Freq, Symb Rate question.

Hello all. How do I find out, or where can i get the Net ID, Frequency, and Symbol Rate. I live in Leicester LE3. Service has just been installed in this area; But we cant get any channels after fast scan or brute force slow scan. Need to check if these are coorect on box. Many thanks in advance for any help on this....

Try these after changing press red to save settings
Leicester 1 NTL 00012 643000 6887
Leicester 2 NTL 00012 739000 6887
Leicester 3 NTL 00008 643000 6887
