Hi All need help please

Boxs went off in my area last night ex&cw, my sons dbox done a scan found all channels rebooted after scan no channels not even FTA channels have I done something wrong.

Rescaned three times now.

try slow scan or bruteforce scan - create new bouquets or erase all

not really dbox - service - service scan - slow scan off

it's img dependant it may be cable provider

bouquet = erase all
