Can anyone help
Up untill about 30 mins ago my box was working fine every single channel displayed etc now my son got hold of the remote and I think he may have pressed a button and done something as only the normal bbc and itv etc are showing as a picture but every other channel is just blank although there is a description and channel list times and where abouts the program is at the time. is this something simple to fix or do I need to reflash and if I need to reflash how is this done as the box I received was already done

try turning the box off by the plug and then turn it on again. it just might need to reboot.

Have a look at the emu settings as the emu may have been changed to an FTA only
