Program troubles

Hi people. Just a quick one I'm a little stuck with this whole dbox thing. I'm using the ultraphat-apocalypse-1x- image on my sagem dbox. I've got channels 1,2,3 and 4 but before I flashed the image I had all channels but a select few where skipping audio and video on a constant basis. I belive I have thr other files I need I got evocamd files but not really sure what else I need. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Joe

Google mercs.us and get the real magic files and read the text files in each folder it explains what to do.
