    unable to communicate with my Nokia Dbox2

    Hi, I have been trying to set up communication with my Nokia Dbox2 using my laptop, but I have not been successful. Can anyone give me any pointers please, all help is very much welcome.

          I have tried to link it up using the FTP and dbox command, but I know I am not doing something right because the laptop will not link up with the Dbox
