ALL Channels gone in Kent area

Think i have been hit with the Nagra 3! channels were working fine yesterday, this monring turned on and it says "Error - channel no available" but the EPG is showing what is on.

Guess i have to go buy a cheap freview box for now anything i can do to check i have gone to Nagra3?.

anyone else confirm it has gone? my parents have a diff kind of box, it's the offical box but with a chipy card but there's is still working.

my problem was similar to this, and i reflashed my dbox with a new image, and rescanned, and away i went again, its worth a shot!

where about are u then? did u not get any channels but your EPG worked?

If you have not received a new card for your stb do a scan and they should come back.

similar thing happened to mine today Manchester area, all channels errored, rescan found them again but ive lost my bouquets and there's no option to get them back so all channels are A-Z. the adult one is on number 2
