I'm in South Manchester - lost channels too. I added the latest commando 12 manual update and performed a soft scan. Everything working as it should be so try that mate.

        **Update**

I am now in the above position too. Get EPG, but no picture and sporadic sound. Tried fast scan to no avail - now undergoing brute force. Any other suggestions? Not received a new card from Virgin....

Image: Commando 12 with March 2010 Manual update
        Location: South Manchester
Fast scan: - EPG and small segments of sound. No picture.
        Brute Force: Will report back.

Hello, Did any of you guys resolve this at all ? In MCR nr Trafford and the same issue.

Flashed to Commando 12 with add-on, brute force returned all channels.

Sporadic sound , EPG good, basically as described in this thread..

            Any help appreciated

Have you checked on the vm status page to see if there is a fault in your area
                is your stb working ok.

Not had a chance to do my brute force; but I've spoken to a couple of mates who live in near vicinity. One got a Eurovox and the other uses an official NTL box thats been adapted. Both of theirs work fine.

Also, my understanding is even with N3 the FTA channels should work but this is not the case. Hence I reckon its a specific problem to the dbox but as to what it is I have no idea..... (Checked status page and no probs in this area)

Ftp in and delete your bouquets and services.xml files then in the service menu reload channel list it will come back with no channels found message then try a fast scan.

If you can't delete the services and buckets files via FTP, then your image has dropped into Read-only mode. You'll need to reflash with your most recent backup.

                              Cheers- AL
