Sagem Dbox2 Error channel not available?

Hey all,
I have a sagem dbox 2, worked fine until about 2 weeks ago when we lost sky sports 1, an a few other channels, did a re scan an we have lost all channels now... any ideas, what to do next? Is it just a case a flashing it?
Not too sure which image we have at them minute, its one of the blade trinity ones though... an any suggestions on images to use?

hi m8 blade trinity is a good image,u could try commando thats a good image, if that dont work u could of gone n3 in witch case its game over...

hi mate you probly got the wrong area selected some boxes you can select area by pressing blue... or in scan menu change cable provider on mine i have to change this to 6952 yours might be diffrent
