    User Friendly Image

    Hi all

    Could really use some help - banging my head againt a wall for many days now / trawling through this and many other forums

    A colleague who I'm no longer in touch with set me up with a nokia dbox2 running a lakys sylas image 2.0 a year ago - everything was fine until around 2 weeks ago when I started to get 'Error - Channel not available' across all channels (at that point I could still skip through the channels - just no picture). I went through menu options and tried to force a key update - this cleared the Keylist.txt file (my first mistake).

    Reading the posts on here, I tried to re-create the Keylist.txt file manually using the correct format and latest keys via chatterbox (using evocmd emulator). Wasn't sure whether to use pure NTL or ex CW (Stockport is NTL/ex CW), but tried both - no joy

    Thinking problem might be a need to re-scan, tried that and now have contrived to lose all channels - ('Error - No Channels were found' straight after boot up).

    Basically at point where need some outside help - given issues, and lack of my technical capability, would be happy to pay for someone to take the box & sort it out for me, preferably in Manc / Stockport area....

      Have you set your location via blue button and done a rescan m8 ?

          The rescan and then re-start the cam should do it for you. You can install a more up to date image but you may also have to add files to it.

              If this is still current, try selecting a different location - Stockport wouldn't work for me either, I tried another local one 'oldham' I think and did a re-scan.
