power prob

I have a Sagem and it just lost power and wont start.I have opened it up and the fuse looks OK. Are there any obvious signs of a blown fuse?There is slight scorching around what i presume is a resister numbered RR1516 any ideas?thanks

change the fuse m8 it might not look like its gone but prob has...

Please be carefull with repairs to a Sagem PSU, they can be evil.

Not the best Switchmode PSU I come across, had one go bang proper here!
