hello im new to all of this and im in need of your help.

the other day my dad was flicking through the channels on his dbox then i would say three quarters of the channels have stop working i just thought the keys had been changed again so i kept checking back but the keys were not updating so i checked the old keys against the one's on my dbox and some of the numbers were wrong on my dbox so i changed them and rebooted my box but channels didnt return so i checked the keys again and they had reverted back to the wrong keys so i changed them back and rebooted it again and they changed back again. sky sports work sometimes so does all the kid channels but no movies channels work neither do the e4+1 but the normal e4 works sometimes.

my current image is commando 8.20

any help would be great

go to services and rescan your box. If all chanels desapiers you will have only one bouqet with all chanells in it. create new bouqets and add chanells.

I got the same problem. Its weird cos everyone else in the country only have FTA when its been switched over to N3. Must be pompey thing

not quite. There's 3 stages

1) channels re-arrganged/NGTV / N3 streams are set up
2) new cards start arriving
3) N1 stream turned off

whats happened to you is stage 1. just means the channels have been re-arranged.
