im tring to fash my dbox but at start it says click start on pc then all programs the accessories but then it says communications but i dont have communications on it im using windows 7 i dont know if thats the problem

How are you flashing it ? Ftp the image to the tmp folder and flash using the remote or flash using IFA. If you want help you need to explain the problem more clearly

everytime keys change the channels go of so i was going 2 flash it so it would stop or is there an easier way ive never done anything with it b4.plus sky sports box office has gone and doesnt come back even with scan cheersComment

Flashing with a new image may not fix the issue. It looks like the ROM you are using is outdated if you are not able to pick up the keys automatically. You may need to hunt around for an up-date ROM and load this onto your box. As far as I know, most images that are available to download don't come with ROMs.
You could try enable/disabling certain ROMs. i.e. there are normally three ROMs (ROM7, ROM10, ROM11)...try disabling all but one of these...I normally only enable ROM7 which I've kept up-to-date)Comment
