dbox remote not working

dbox remote stops working after 15 mins, have to switch off at mains to reset. can anybody help!

Hey m8 you checked batteries? Lol

however very common problem, take the case apart very carefully! Clean the solder behind the infra red bulb with sandpaper or better still refresh the solder. But just cleaning with sandpaper usually works.... M

I think it`s the dbox, the buttons do not respond on the box as well as the remote, works fine for about 15 mins then unable to operate until switched off at mains.

What make of box is it?Is there plenty of air circulation around box? M
