Warwickshire - Sly Channels gone

This morning all channels disappeared. also at my friends house. I did a rescan and lost all Sly channels. Everything else came back. Still haven't had a new card yet though. But the rescan worked, apart from Slys channels. Lucky the football season is over.
In the area of coventry.

I have commando 11.3. This morning its off again. But when I scan it gives only the option to scan satellite. What should I do? Reflash?
This is an edit: I have now re-flashed. Menu is back to normal. Am scanning. Seems to be working.

i reflashed. added files. and am back where i was yesterday. all channels except sly.

Re flashed with commando 12, added the update, plus other. Files. Sly back.

i think they have remapped channels in coventry , you should get all channels back with rescan, but guess the end is nigh !!
