        Try Cable Provider to 6887
Fast scan should be under cable provider on Blade

Only options under cable provider are all or one transponder.

Still no joy, try again tomorrow!

out of the two if you want to run a decent scan go for complete the transponder one will only scan 1 frequency

It will say that if it hasnt been scanned yet, blue button set your location save that. Then like red says complete scan

Check your signal strength, RED > BLUE. The SNR needs to be above 55,000 before it will find channels, and about 62,000 before it will find all the channels. Anything in between will result in missing channels or freezing channels.

If the SNR is ok, reflash the image and try again. Sometimes the image can lock and go into 'read-only' mode and it doesn't save any settings. A reflash will cure this.

Yep good advice there, I had this with someone the other night and it turned out to be a signal problem caused by the poor fitting of a connector. Most of the day to suss that one

                                Crossover cable??

Sounds like your entering the right info in the right places, and if your ip address for pc and box is one below as mentioned above the only thing i could think of why you are having problems is the cable.

Make sure you are using a Ethernet CROSSOVER cable and not just a normal Ethernet cable.
