    Best Dbox2 Image??

Hiya peeps ive had my trusty Dbox2 for about 4 years now and had very few problems with it in the past. However it went down monday night and i decided to do a rescan, in doing so i wiped my service.xml file and lost my channels!!! (RRRAAAGGGGHHHHH)

I lost touch with the fella who sorted out the problems i had with it so now ive got learn about dboxs for myself. Which i am getting there slowly!! .

Anyway ive got a service.xml file for my area and is going to have ago at fixing my dbox. Although i thinking of trying a new image aswell as ive had the sportster 1.73 image for years now.

Just wanted to know what image peeps recommend??

    Cheers,

Blade quads probably the best image around just now, just remember to check if your box is a 1X or 2X

            Nod123

Nod123- I downloaded the service file from the dbox downloads section on this site!!! the services.xml file is different for each area of the country and it basically allows you to watch the channels for your area!!! (I think anyway its sumet along those lines!!)

You can also download services and other files like image files from the link posted my mcassidy.

I would have to say that you can't go wrong with the Sportster 1.7 been using it for years. Freezes ocassionaly but a reboot once every few week is a small price to pay.

                  Been using Sportster 1.7 image
Well I used a Sportster 1.7 and now I use a Blade Quad.
The menus are better and it does not freeze.
