New Image Crashed??

I started to write the flash file (Blad Quad) on my dbox2 about 20mins ago, the erasing flash progress bar got about 3 quarters of the way fairly quickly but its now slowed down so much it looks like its not moving or progressing!!

Could it have froze and if so am i alright to turn the dbox off then back on again??

has the box went into kein system?? If so you will have to flash with IFA using an crossover cable and null modem cable

Might of gone into kein system, how do i tell??

It did freeze half way through writing the flash file and very stupidly not knowing what to do i pulled the power lead out and rebooted the dbox.

In doing so it now wont boot up and the only message i get on the lcd display is "loading kernel".

Is my box now in kein system??

It will say kein system on the lcd, if it doesnt then there still is a problem loading the kernel so you need to use IFA t flash it, best and easiest way is with a null modem cable but it will work with just a crossover cable but it may try your patience.
