Dbox not working right

Hi all sorry if this is an easy question but im stumped. I flashed the blade quad 2x image to my dbox and it flashed perfectly, set my location then did a scan. Now it found all the channels but it wont actually let me watch any of them.

It comes up saying error Channel not available.

Could anyone shine some light on this for me?

try rebooting the box

Done that a few hundred times now even changed the cam and ucodes as i read somewhere it may have helped. but to no avail.

have you added the keys as most images now are free to air only

Well this is the thing i did the update from the blade menu and thought thats all i needed. Like i said i got this box last night and its my first attempt.

Yes tried to change to gbox but it doesnt seam to want to it always comes up with evocamd

try flshing another image with the au,..laky pro,etc,..

Well yes this is where im having problems it doesnt seam to want to flash anythinganymore. I ermm tried lasyk and another copy of blade and it seams it doesnt want to play anymore i think i killed it. Last night it stopped on sending logo.lcd (i think the file was called) and today it wont even connect

have you tried i.f.a?,..if not try the seriel null modem method!!

tried ifa and just trying the null modem hyper terminal but that too says connection time out .
