Did you buy the box with the channels on or have you scanned them yourself?

hi thanks for reply m8 it is actually working iv had it for couple of years im geting nearly all the channels its just a few thats off ie sky screen 2 uktv history and few others

iv never done any scans or that on them m8 iv not wanted to mess about with it as didnt want to break it,was having to pay a so called m8 to fix them every time i lost channels

What image is on your box?

I have not had a Dbox myself for a while but scanning is easy.

Menu
Service Menu
Channel scan
Select provider (For your Area)
Bouquets (Leave Existing)
Fast Scan OFF
Start Scan


Should take anything up to 40 minutes. When finished all new channels should go into "Others" if you have Bouquets set.

i thought would been pretty easy but didnt wana risk it,it used to come up with a pic of all picino,my m8 must changed it last time he fixed it but when i turn it off and on now it just flashes up writning it says snapshot 5,creator team commando,imagename commando-laid-bare.

As I say not had one for a while, however I was at my daughters today and scanned hers for her. (Sagem) That has the old Sportster Pro image on. Picked up all the channels including the new Sky channels that have returned to cable.

As long as you know your area code 6885 or 6952 you cannot go wrong.

Leaving fast scan off gets all channels when I have scanned. Leaving Existing Bouquets will not change any of the program order, just adds new programs to the end of what you already have. If you have any problems send me a PM so I will get an email as I dont ocme on here to often. Off to bed now.

In general it 6885 for NTL and 6952 for Twest and Ex C&W.

thanks for help m8 but i tried what you said and iv lost all my channels now i think iv left the bouquet at create new when iv started the scan i hope i can fix this cheers
