dbox and ifa

just made null 3 pin lead for dbox

get some data from my box but seems to stop at a certain point

do I nead the lead with full hand shake as my box is still stuck with loading kernal.

i have been using the cross over lead why is it still not working.

i dont know what the ip of the box is now it seem to say dbox ping failed

there where some choises to select from the data that was echoing choice of 3 things

got an image ready also.. i have notice that the box mangaer program seems to kick in at the botom on my pc

dont get the box saying kernal now get uboot 1.2.0 what do i need to do now

Make Sure you enable your flow and control in vista.......Paul
Also shut down firewalls
And disable all network other than the one your Flashing with
