You mean the big clock in standby? You need to enable standby mode (settings-miscellaneous-general-standby).

If any one else has the same problem as to sound going off. the solution for some weird reason is changing the scart attached to the dbox from tv output to video output that seems to have worked. (like I said it was fine until the new image just froze whilst changing the volume)

Did you try changing the volume control in audio settings

ie. avs/lirc/ost

Setanta Sports missing

Hi guy's, I Like the new Image, got all channels up and running, but missing the setanta channels - when I try a scan (as recomended in another thread) I 'loose' all channels except for loads of teleport channels!
can someone suggest what settings I should be using to do a scan that will leave all exsisting channels and bouquets and just add those that are missing ?

I did notice one bug though.

On the lcd display it shows the channel and the program that is on. Ie, BBC 1, BBC News.

If I change the channel using my pc, the channel changes but not the Show that is on. If I change2 ITV, it still shows BBC News and that doesnt change until you change the channel using the remote.


Not that it really matters, just pointing it out.

Flashed this image earlier, setup the network, connected to my pc, FTP'd my services/bouquet files, set my location to Cardiff, reset the dbox, did a scan, lost all the channel info. I've even lost the free channels. Any ideas lads ?

Just to update you guys - if was my f****g antenna cable all along - and it was the first thing I checked !!! 3 days of flashing images for nothing. This image is working fine now on my Dbox2 in the Cardiff area. I will continue to test it and report back if I need to. If I can help anyone out at all - drop me a line and I will do my best to help. Thanks for all the info guys - turns out it was a wiring problem... Bloody d-boxes...

Hiya mate, flashed image working great, on my last image commando 6 when you turn the tv on in a morning the tv autoimatically saw the scart input and came onto that channel. Now with this image the tv will not see the scart. Same things happens when you reboot the box, tv does not change over to box.
You need you select the av channel that the box is connected.

The auto detect feature worked just before flashing your image, is there a setting somewhere i need to change, it's not the tv as it works ok with divx player. thanks for great image and all your hard work.
