dbox channels . some are distorted

ello all ive got a prob here . much like you all i guess ..

anyways . ive scanned al the channels .. but even thoguh im getting all the fta channels and all the movies, sports , sky 1,2,3

im not picking up virgin 1 .. any of the music . an some other random channels .

they all have scanned through . but when i goto view them its a blank screen . but i hear distorted audio fro mth ebackround .. its as if the channel has a weak signal .. but how sthat possible when its a cable line ..

any advice . please
