were to find new services . and distorted channel problem

hey ..
can someone help me with my channels,,,ive scanned al the channels .. but even thoguh im getting all the fta channels and all the movies, sports , sky 1,2,3

im not picking up virgin 1 .. any of the music . an some other random channels .

they all have scanned through . but when i goto view them its a blank screen . but i hear distorted audio fro mth ebackround .. its as if the channel has a weak signal .. but how sthat possible when its a cable line ..

im wondering if i ned new services . if thats the case .. were would i go to dwonload new services for the dbox 2 in liverpool


any advice . please

Strange been having same problem here. Found one way to solve the problem is to change Ucode from 001a to 0014. Seems to do the trick even though 001a should be the best one to use.

Try and see if you have any luck.

i tried that and it sort of worked ..
i was getting virgin 1 and fiver for about 10 seconds. but when i changed channel again to sky 1 . .they were all knocked off including virgin
