my locations vanished

Hi everyone, I`m in the midst of putting a new image on my dbox. but the location finder doesn`t have my exact location (its been changed apparently in the last few days?) I`ve found the details however lots of nos? but where and how to put them. I`ve been to the d/l section but the ones in there are 6 months out of date? I did try them honest but any one i did try the box would not reboot afterwards (automatically that is) as it used to ?
currently I`m doing another sevice scan!!! got all the channels listed but none on the screen..If I do this scan does that mean theres no need for a location ?
should I try yet another image ? or is the location problem still goin to be there ? sorry to be a pain?????but it`s been 2days now that I`ve tried to sort this out and its worse now than when I started

Just try another image and see what will happen?

I have done a full scan on mine without setting the location and mine is fine. I must admit i'm not sure what the location does. I would guess that it fine tunes the scan for your area thus less time doing the scan
