you could try looking in the file
/var/tuxbox/config/neutrino.conf
and see if you have the settings

audio_left_right_selectable=false
audiochannel_up_down_enable=true

but I have a feeling that the image you have is quite old and does not support audio selection. Try a newer image?

think your image may not support it, if I recall when I got my DBox 2 years ago had same issue, pressing green kicked the radio in, changed image and got sorted

Yes it is Sportster. How do i change the image. I have the Laptop hooked up connected to the box now. Which image do i transfer?. And into which directory?...

any help on trying a newer image?..I have the laptop hooked up to the box with FLASHFXP

Press dbox,settings,key setup,Tv/radio mode, select no key
Press home then user menu green,hi lite 0 and press ok until it says audio selection.
Now home until you can press red to save settings.
Now try the green button.

can any body help me please' got a new dreambox 500c last week, can not manualy insert keys due to ther being no key txt, i press on var, then keys and get a blank page. i did do a factory reset as this done any damage

You'll get commentary cropping up now and again, I actualy like it when online, as you don't need to watch it, and sometimes it can be very funny, especially in more adult oriented shows!

Yes but you just press green and select the other channel
