I had to do this with the Sportster 1.7+ uk05 image to stop hearing the commentary on the ETVS channels during films
Press the dbox button. Select "settings menu".
Select "key binding setup".
Select "TV/Radio mode". Select "set to none".
Go back through the menu's until you can press the red button to save your settings.
You should now find that channels which display the green key option under the EPG info banner, will allow you to change audio channels
When you see two english one will be with commentary and the other not.
