    tmp\flash .img no such file or directory

    anyone help i flashed the wrong image and im tryin to flash with new image using null modem cable as i have got the kein system message on the lcd and when i try to reflash it says tmp\flash .img no such file or directory

          yes im using both it gets so far then just gets the error tmp\ flash.img bno such file or directory and ive tried loads of times

            It may be best to post the log file from IFA, that way one of the smart people like Fergal would be able to tell what was wrong with it.

              I have the same problem im using commando image, using a new crossover cable via router and null cable i am flashing how i normally do it using IFA iv been doing so for the past 2 years but now i have this problem.

                Okay i have now FIXED this problem.

                For anyone who has the same problem you can do the following.

                ### Solution ###

                Connect via ftp to dbox, copy image to ./tmp folder. Do not turn off dbox leave running then from your TV Remote go to dbox > settings > image backup / restore > flash w/out bootloder and then select the image file that you transfered via ftp into the box from there follow the on screen instructions and within 5 minutes you will have flashed the box and have it working.

                once that is done you can copy your keys,roms, & emu into the box and your done all done in 15 minutes
