Dbox rom7

Iam new at this have set up network connection get into dbox yweb and got totally lost need to ftp rom 7 file and delete rom 10 amd rom 11 can someone give me a step to step guide plz

you nead smart ftp to log in to dbox login name may be root and password dbox is standad you dont have to delete 10 11 its all on how the box was setup your ip address you can get from dbox setting network or you can change them from this point . look for temp/var/key if you get it wrong or change soumthing the box may not reboot and you when have to flash it with a r222 cable
