version 2 fix for eurovox 5000

got myself a usb to rs232 cable, connected to receiver from laptop, version 2 recognised but the download hangs on 0% when trying to download.

using vista os

check in device manager and see which port your adapter is using, eurovox uses ports 1-4 if the adapter is not using any of these ports no download,
