    lost channel

hi, i,m new to all this, but i have spent some time reading this site! before the eurovox crash, i was able to get the disney channel on BICS 18, now i can't find it at all. i,ve been through all the channels and can't find it. there are a number of channels which say 'scrambled channel' or 'no audio data'.
this is probably a daft question, but a) is it possible to 'unscramble' a channel, and b) can i retrieve a channel that was once there eg,before the crash. i have a eurovox ex5000 pvr and i live in the manchester area. any help would be really appreciated!

Try the following with these frequencies (538.500, 537.855, 338.167, 539.000) Press menu on your remote go to installation press user installation enter 0000. Add a new channel and enter the frequency number for disney channel (see above) - tick it using ok button then press blue for the manual scan and that will pick up all the channels with that frequency.
