eurovox v wont take flash

please can you help. got a eurovox v when i try to flash it stops on 2% and wont go any futher, i have tried to factory reset, emulation is on, reboot ,had on standby when flash, even after factory reset i still get same system info (dont know if thats right or not) here is system info,
model dvb-xc boxv tda

Hi, have you tried to upload channel data from the box to your pc to establish if possibly there is a cable error?
I know there are no channels on the actual box, but if it allows you to upload the details to the cdf file, then at least the cable is ok - if it doesnt, get another cable?
