anyone help on how to adjust picture size

press menu, move to config tab choose tv settings press ok, move to tv aspect and choose which you want , 16:9 for widescreen , then press blue button (save and exit)
if that dont work its the tv you need to alter....... -
...............unless you have a Eurovox 1 or 2 - they dont output a true widescreeen picture, so you need to put it back onto 4:3 even if you have a 16:9 tv, or you end up with MASSIVE borders at the top and bottom.Comment
