eurovox max v 2008

Hi
Can anyone help me, I have downloaded the new software, 30/11/08, it has downloaded to the cable box, but when I connect it up, all I get is blue screen on the TV, and 0000 on the cable box, press menu, nothing happens. HELP!

You have a clone box and there is no clone update
