eurovox max v only a few chans

hi all
i flashed my eurovox 1 week ago with the ufl maxv 30/11/08
all was good for a week now i have only 20 channels
i did rescan then deep scan..no joy
any ideas pleez

do a factory rest then full scan , try this...

but that did not work
i did a factory reset then a rescan found 45 channels some are scrambled
these are tvch stations whatever they are.
but a few are watchable very good picture.
i am in southampton c/w
