    Picture Break Up

    Hey All,

    Anyone know of any problems with certain channels breaking up every 30 seconds or so? Glasgow area and I have updated the firmware fine and every channel is great just kind of bad picture

    I have a eurobox mav PVR 5000

    try looking at the plug on the coax that gos in to the box or the ones that go to the splitter. have a little mess with them if the telly gos funny, well it will be the plugs 1 or 2. if there loos they sometimes make the picture go funny or u mite have a brake in the coax. thats if u whare getting agood picture be for u put the new firmware on witch shud be the ufl ex5000 darx 1/12/08 for that one ok mate let me no lad..

      ive a max v & im gettin a lot of channel breakup but my brother has a blue & his works fine so im guessin that theres a problem with the pvr & the max v in some areas im also in glasgow area.

        just try the plug on the coax mate. if the coax is loos from the plug that will give u a bad picture and try the splitter as well if uv got one there. but if ur still getting the pictures and its still breaking up u mite have a bad feed to the box..
