Trouble loading firmware

Hi everyone new to this site so please be gentle. I am having trouble loading the firmware on my Eurovox max blue. Well, not so much the loading it cos it goes through the motions downloading successful etc. but, when I plug it back in it will scan the channels and find them but, the updating code message still appears. Anyone got any ideas. I have checked to see whether the box is a clone and it is not. Any help would be much appreciated.

it will 4 about 10 mins till fully rebooted then should b ok

You will have to do a factory reset.

Thanks for replies, did a reset to default the box is now working. Think the problem was down to my lack of patience though. I would scan the channels they would load then the message would come up saying code updating, me being me I wouldn't give it a chance to update. Tried again and gave it a minute or so and everything was fine, just needed a little bit of patience!
