COM 3...

Just got a Null And a USB-Null Adapter.....

Downloaded Firmware for Euro-Vox Max V (Black)

Follow steps...

And all i get is a new window....

At the top it says....Channel data upload - and the date and time etc...

Then the below all it says is COM 3...

With a START button below which can not be clicked on...

Anyone else had this problem or know what to do???

control panel on your computer then hardware,then system then click on device manager then click on your software cable settings and change to com 1

Thanks for the help... But i have only got as far as device manager....
BUt can not see "software cable settings"???

Just have a list with things like...
Batteries
Computer
Disk Drives
Display Adapters
etc
etc

its not called software cable setting look thou them all and you will see port setting change com3 to com 1

then it says:

Click the + sign next to "Ports (COM & LPT)"

i have no ports (COM & LPT) option???

any ideas?

Have you loaded the driver for your Null cable USB adapter?. it should be on a disc that came with it.

It will help your computer see the device (USB adapter).
