need help to get max v working

new max v - do i need jtag or can i just flash to get it working properly, thanx for any help j

What do you mean by get it working?
Do you press the power on button and it stays in standby?
Do you power it up and you only get freeview chanels?
Do you power it up and get no channels?
Was it working before?
Have you just bough tit and need it flashed ?

new - just bought it in factory condition and dont know what i should do next

download the software from the download sections and just flash it mate.

then u will hav 2 put ur smbol rate in once uv been to user install then do a powerscan good luck m8y.
