Hi newbie here just plugged evrything into EX5000 followed user instructions but for past two hours all i get is channels updatig can anyone help please.

I was under the impression it was allready updated when i bought it.
it never does what it says on the tin does it........
Can you help iam new to this i have the normal channels but the rest are still updating so it says
