does any1 else experiencing a pic breakup which a scan fix's?

sorry for the poor grammar in title was typing way too fast and don't know how to edit the title

for the past (3-4) days there has been disruptions on signal when provider plays with the freqs

a fresh scan fix's the problem

but the problem is these scan take 30mins

is there any know firmware or update maybe even a fix for this problem heading our way?

im using an ex5000 pvr and pure keys

I've got a picture break up problem with a Starview 4.
I gets really choppy with shreeky audio.
It's only a couple of weeks old though so I don't know what the picture quality's like without the latest firmware!
I'm getting ~59% signal strength and 99% quality.
