Voxer help required

I have used the voxer before, i have connected the lead to my pc and it finds the com port ok.
When i click on send receive the message comes up on my TV screen which says memory failed.
Anyone out there who can help?

What are you trying to do with Voxer?.

I am trying to download my cdf so i can sort them out and then load them back on to the eurovox
