Hi, i am completly new at this and am tring to flash my eurovox/ update my key fix. however am totally stupid and cant figure it out. Pls pls if u can help i would be very gratefull.

He there, many thanks for your reply, ihave done that and when it finishes it says dowload failed and then goes onto stand by and i cant get it off, am totally stuck and ready to scream, if u know what else i can do pls let me know.
