Clone Safe Question?

Soory for being an ass, if I am missing something simple here guy`s but I have d/loaded the clone safe firmware onto a Eurovox Blue box and when I try to get into the menu to do a factory reset but the box wont accept the 0000 PIN. I have also tried the original PIN that was on the box and no joy either. Do`s the Clone Safe FW have a unique PIN?
