Eurovox Tx setup

Hi there, having some issues setting up a Eurovox Tx system. Remote is not allowing me setup and you cant select manually from the unit. Not battery issues either, Its a new unit so i'm hoping not hardware fault, maybe firmware?? Any tricks to help me on this one... thanks. Happy xmas

Have you flashed it with the latest firmware?

Not as yet, don't have the correct app to do it and not sure if thats the problem??

Try it and see Digital Kaos - Downloads - Fix for MMDS version of EuroVox if you need the loader you will find it in downloads also, with the previous firmware revision.

Hi, ya downloaded it sucessfully, still can't seem to connect with remote..

Have you checked the remote via a camera phone or similar to see if the IRD is working?

Actually, think i have sussed it, the remote is a eurovox max V, but system is Eurovox TX. Should this really make a difference??

Yep but why did they send you a Max V remote. The TX remote is this one:

Not without the correct remote, unless you know someone in the neighbourhood with one?

Will have to see, not easy to get one at this time, but really appreciate the help!
