alo if the above does no work ress menu language settings-ok, key in 1968 twice(note this wont show up)find ur provider ie vm 5401, press ok &go doon to key data area00 then use the<> buttons on the remote to change the numbers &letters then press blue button to save &exit no go to the 01 line and press ok & do the same as above once 01 line is changed press the blubutton &exit to a tv station.
