ive read somwhere here about connecting a eurovox to a vermin box then viewing the channels from the eurovox through the vermin box in another room is that possible or have i got everything arsehole upwards ?

I doubt whether this is possible, the set top box would have to assign channel numbers to all the eurovox channels and I dont think it has that capability,you can always try of course and let us know how you get on, dont blame me though if it bricks your set top box..... -
use a splitter then run a cable from it to wherever and put the eurovox on the end of it.sigpicComment

The eurovox doesnt strip the protection off the channel - it simply decodes it on the fly then chucks the decoded picture on the screen - the pass thru on the eurovox is simply the signal that came into the box coming back out the other end in case someone wishes to take another feed to another room.
What your wanting wont work - the eurovox has to interpret the signal of the channel you actually chose to watch.Comment
