my box is working fine, the only channel i can't get is sky box office, it just comes up with: please wait code being updated. but every other channel is working fine. anyone got any ideas, any help would be greatly appreciated

We really need more info - re read your message and see if YOU could make much out of it.
Was the box working before?
Did you get all channels before?
Did this only happen once the keys changed at the end of Nov and the firmware needed updated?
Is this a new box out the wrapper thats never had any channels ? etc etc -

The "Code being updated" for Sky PPV is for everyone, I live in West Midlands and thats been like that for 2 weeks now, It's because nothing is showing atm, once something like WWE or Boxing is showing then will the channel open.Comment
