eurovox 1 bricked!

hi i have a eurovox 1, it has 1 scart at the back.
i tried 2 update the firmware, but i accidently installed firmware for eurovox 2.
now when i power up the box it has 4 dashes, with 2 dots in the middle, looking like this, - - : - -
can anybody help me fix my box?

hey, thanks for your advice. still not working tho...the dnupman prgram says "Waiting for the response of your receiver", and stays there forever .

is there anything else i could try? otherwise is teh box FINISHED?

dw people, ive made it wrk agen...
jus turned it on exactly as it was looking for the reciever.
